Kidney cleansing
What is the kidney and what does it do in our body” would be the first question that some one who does not know about it will ask. Therefore for the information of all those who are reading this article and either know or do not know about the kidney, here is a briefing. Now, why do we need this briefing? Well, we need this briefing because if you do not understand what a kidney is and how it functions or what are its functions in your body, you will not be able to fully appreciate the need to cleanse your kidney effectively. Now, moving on, here is a description of the kidney and what it does in our body.
A kidney is a little bean shaped organ that is found in the human body, situated in the posterior part. Now, the kidney is formed of renal tubules and nephrons which help in the functioning of the kidney. There is a pair of kidneys in the body of every human being and they form a major part of our urinary system. In other words you can say that the urine which we excrete is formed in the kidneys. The nephrons and the renal tubules helps in the formation of urine. But why is the urine an excretory product? Basically, the kidney purifies your blood and sieves out all unnecessary and harmful components that are found in it. Starting from urea to drugs and other particles that may harm the body, the kidney removes all, puts them into this watery form called urine and passes it out of he body. Now, from the two kidneys arise two tubes which meet in the urinary bladder. Here the urine is stored for sometime and then removed from the body. It is good to know for a fact that almost thirty percent of all the blood pumped by the heart is passed through the kidney for purification while the rest is purified by the liver.
Now, why does the kidney need a cleansing? Well, the actual purification of blood and accumulation of wastes is done by the nephrons. Every single kidney is composed of millions of such nephrons which in their turn are made up of glomerulus and tubules. The blood passes through these glomerulus and is purified. Now, one thing you have to keep in mind is that if your blood is thick then the wastes absorbed will also be thick and therefore the chance that they may get deposited in these fine tubes or glomerulus. Once this happens, the deposition keeps increasing and leads to kidney stones. The best way to get rid of these stones may be through surgery, exercise or drinking water. Now, if your blood was thinner then maybe chances of a stone could have been averted. To do this, you need to drink loads and loads of water every few minutes. The more water you drink the lesser the chance of stone formation because then there will be more available fluid for the same amount of toxin purification.
So drink water and effectively cleanse your kidney. © Daxii.com
