Successful Networking: a Tip to Achieve the Job
Social networking is the art of making relationships with people and uses that relationship to further job hunting, or achieving any other business goal. According to a research 80% of the jobs are available through networking while the other 30% is advertised. In every organization there are hidden jobs, which are never advertised. Such jobs are only available through networking.

Increase your social circle; it increases the chances of hunting a job. Revive your inert relationship with old friends. Where there are people there are jobs so you must attend gatherings. This may be wedding ceremonies, funeral processions, clubs, industrial exhibitions and cultural fairs, community centers and various functions and dinner parties.

People who want to increase his network must attend seminars and workshops and gatherings of such nature. In order to be noticed and observed, one must ask questions and raise issues thus keeps your self in limelight. This networking will help in creating references that may help you in applying for a job because meeting some one with out a reference is not fruitful.

Always make long-term contacts with the relevant people. For this we need to know their interests. In order to make the relationship growing, we must need frequent visit to that person and take part in his social events. Besides this, you must have the quality of giving. When we the quality or capacity to solve other’s problems, then they will also help us in return. When some one refer us to a particular person, later on we shall phone that referee and thank him/her for his help.

Use Internet to register your self with the agencies that create a link between jobseekers and employers. They send us their newsletter and keep us updated about the vacant positions. Establish good relations with your colleagues and try to listen even if you are not completing getting the idea because every person loves to be listened.
