some people can be allergic to water on the "outside," but no nescessarily on the inside...so you wouldnt die bc your body has to have water live, but those who are allergic to water generally cannot be in the shower, for example, for long amounts of time, or if they arent drinking h2o they have to be careful not to spill it on themselves.
