fish are very rich in proteins and vitamines .it is also very necessary to have anormal growth of the blood vessels and our nerfs .it helpes us to keep our skin and others tissus very supple .in addition fish are very important for children nutrition for pragnant and nursing woman according to some research fish can decrease the risk of having heart desease.
