I'm not arab and not jews and i had my sons circumsised, it's not a religion issue but question about health, many many infection can be avoided, and Circumcision reduce the risk of catching HIV, the virus that causes Aids (as recommended by the UN, World Health Organisation and UNAIDS)

Today in our culture, it's normally done for the health reasons. But in ancient times (and in the Middle East--Jews and Arabs) it was established as a sign of the covenant between Abraham and God, back in the book of Genesis. Ishmael (whose descendants are the Arabs) and Isaac (whose descendants are the Jews) were both Abraham's sons. They learned of the covenant from their father and passed it on to their own kids, who passed it on, etc...
